• 500 gram beef tenderloin
  • 500 gram spinach
  • 3 garlic
  • 1 cm of ginger
  • pepper
  • salt
  • Shii tak ke ( dried ones +/- 6 pieces)
  • mirin
  • soy sauce
  • ginger on vinaiger
  • wasabi
  • spring onion
  • cocos

This Yummy Dish is healthy, tasty, fresh and Super easy! Try this Japanese dish.

 

Directions:

Fry the beef tenderloin shortly in a pan or wok so it is still rare inside. Take it out of the pan and set it aside. Use dried Shiitake to cook with water, soyhu and mirin. once it sucks up all liquid its ready to use. ( 2-3 hours ).

Use the cooled down beef and slice thin pieces. Dress the plate with the beef. Slice the cooled down mushrooms and dress it over the beef.

Fry ginger and garlic in a pan. Add Spinach and wok . Add mirin and soy sauce pepper and salt. Dress in the middle of the plate . Place chopped spring onion and cocos over the beef.
