• 30 gram mustard
  • 8,5 dl vianaigrette sauce
  • 3 pc of hard boiled egg

Sauce Ravigote is a diversion from Sauce Vinaigrette. Ravigote is a classic french dressing mostly served with boiled or poached fish, tete de veau , cheese etc etc. Also nice with Salad of Rucola

Add mustard in bowl, mix slowly the vinaigrette in it. Chop the hard boild egg in small pieces and add to the dressing.
