• 2 cups Steamed jasmine rice
  • 1 cup Crab meat chopped
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup diced carrot (blanched)
  • 1 cup Sliced onions
  • 2 teaspoons Pounded garlic
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 stalk Green onions
  • 1/4 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp White pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp Thai light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil


  1. Clean onions. Cut in half then slice into thin slices.
  2. Clean cilantro, green onions and cucumber. Chop cilantro and green onions and slice cucumber into 1/4” thick pieces.
  3. Clean, peel and pound garlic.
  4. Clean lime. Cut the lime into 4 wedges.
  5. clean carrot dice and quickly cook for 2 min then keep cold
  6. Clean tomatoes. Cut the tomatoes into 4-6 bite-size wedges depending on the size of the tomatoes.
  7. Gently rinse crab meat and drain.



  1. Heat oil in a pan. Fry garlic and onions until a golden color, add steamed rice to the pan. Stir well.
  2. Add crab meat, sugar, fish sauce and Thai light soy sauce. Stir well.
  3. Push fried rice to another side of the pan, put egg into the pan. Beat egg and cover it with fried rice. Once egg is cooked, add tomatoes,carrot, green onions, salt and white pepper. Stir them into the fried rice for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Serve fried rice on a plate. Sprinkle with cilantro. Put cucumber slices and lime wedges on the side of the plate.
