• 225 gram cream butter
  • 225 gram dark chocolate
  • 100 gram sugar
  • 85 gram brown sugar
  • 30 ml brandy
  • 375 ml hot water
  • 200 gram flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • strawberries for deco

Yummy mud cakes :

  • preheat oven to 150°C
  • use silicon brownie baking mat and spray it
  • melt butter in pan and add chocolate,sugar,brandy and hot water
  • whisk until smooth mass
  • mix flour,baking and cacao powder together and add this together with the eggs and vanilla to the chocolate mass
  • mix until smooth mass
  • devide the mixture equal over the 12 brownie shapes
  • bake in 30-35  minutes
  • cool down for 15 minutes
serve with strawberries ….
