Understanding the sauces setup from the French kitchen can sometimes be hard to understand since there are some many of them. I put all the sauces in a flow chart and where they are coming from.

This makes it easier to understand what to make before we can make the actual sauce. Before i will post “french sauces” its good to understand the flow. Click on the image to see the full size flow.
