Pomodori & Basil marinated olives

This little bit difficult recipe will give you nice marinated olives to serve with wine or drinks.
Ingredients
  • 40 gram onion (1)
  • 15 gram tomato paste (2)
  • 1 bay leaf (3)
  • 1 gram nutmeg (3)
  • 3 cloves (3)
  • 10 gram chopped garlic (3)
  • 35 gram dried pomodori cubes (4)
  • 35 gram water (4)
  • 5 gram sea salt (4)
  • 1 gram pepper (4)
  • 10 gram white wine vinegar (4)
  • 8 gram of sugar (4)
  • 2 gram rosemary fresh (5)
  • 2 gram oregano fresh (5)
  • 2 gram thyme fresh (5)
  • 2 gram parsley fresh (5)
  • 10 gram basil fresh (5)
  • 620 gram jumbo olives (6)
  • 660 gram olive oil (7)
Instructions
  1. take a little bit of oil from (7) . Fry numbers (2) + (3) . Then add numbers (4) in same order. Chop the fresh herbs and add those to the mixture (5). Wash the olives if the are preserved in salt 2 till 3 times till salt level is acceptable to eat. Blend the olives with the mixture.Put the mixed olives in a jar. Add the olive oil so all olives are under the oil. let this rest for a few days so the flavor comes out.
Notes

Re use the oil if your olives are finished. for your new recipe.
